Singapore is number one with $2.19 per $1 of its GDP. Number 2 is Liberia with $1.90 per $1 of its GDP. Number 3 is Hong Kong with $1.67 per $1 of its GDP. Number 4 is Malaysia, with $1.08 per $1 of its GDP. Number 5 is Equatorial Guinea, with $0.92 per $1 of its GDP. Number 6 is Suriname with $0.87 per $1 of its GDP.
